Honey Birdette is dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your boutique items aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided items are in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original packaging and tags into a secure mailing bag, ensuring the hygiene seal has not been removed.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
